Cancellation Policy
NO CALL/NO SHOWS and SAME DAY cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file.
If you are unable to make it to your appointment, you may reschedule your appointment anytime from the day of booking up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment via the confirmation text/email provided. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment will forfeit their deposit and a new deposit is required for future booking.
Please be courteous to other guests and myself and notify me if you are running late. Mane Twenty Two Studio has a 10-minute grace period. Anything exceeding that will result in your services being adjusted or rescheduled and the cancellation policy may be implemented.
Cancellation fees are non-refundable and do not go towards future services.
Deposits are non refundable. No exceptions.
